Celia Butt


 


Celia has 15 years experience working for BUPA Medical Insurance, within the Corporate Customer Services area. For the last 6 years, she worked as a Senior Manager, delivering to operational targets such as customer and staff satisfaction, staff retention, productivity and sickness. She was also responsible for the recruitment of call centre and service staff consisting of 1200 employees.

Her qualifications include a BSc (hons) degree in Environmental Science from Sussex University, an 'Advanced Certificate in Stress and Anxiety Management' from Salford College, which inspired her to write and deliver a 'Managing the Pace' workshop, with an occupational nurse, to over 100 BUPA managers. She also has a BSc degree in Nutritional Medicine from Thames Valley University, London and works in private practice as a Nutritional Therapist, with rooms in Hale, Cheshire.


Sarah Kearns


 


Sarah began her career in advertising and marketing, working first on the agency side and then as  Advertising Controller at Littlewoods Home Shopping. She then took time out to run a small restaurant in Manchester before changing direction to focus on food and nutrition. For the last nine years she has designed and delivered a wide range of demonstrations, workshops, and diploma courses dedicated to Healthy Eating. Participants have ranged from amateur cooks at cookery schools to professional chefs at institutions such as Loughborough University and the House of Commons. 

Having obtained a BSc degree in Nutritional Medicine from Thames Valley University, London, Sarah is now a regular contributor to ‘social prescription’ programmes run by the Wellbeing Project and continues to develop training and recipes for catering providers as well as food manufacturers. She is also a qualified NLP practitioner.


Neil Walker
 
   
 




Neil's career began in the Financial Services sector after obtaining a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance. He continued his education with the University of Manchester Business School, whilst working as a Graduate Management Trainee at HSBC Bank, achieving a BSc/AIFS in Financial Services.


He subsequently retrained in Advanced Personal Training and currently has a successful client base operating out of the Hale Personal Training studio based in the centre of Hale, Cheshire. He delivers bespoke training to meet the clients needs and aims to encourage them to successfully achieve their fitness goals. He has experience of delivering fitness advice and training in corporate environments.



Annie Walker


   
 






 Annie is a Registered General Nurse and member of the Nursing and Midwifery Council with over 20 years experience as a health professional at clinical, management, strategic and commissioning levels in both the UK and Australia. She has completed a degree level post graduate specialism in Accident & Emergency Nursing and worked as a freelance consultant, undertaking case reviews and clinical audits, service user consultations and facilitation of service staff away days. Annie also has a BSc (Hons) in Acupuncture.
